This is when all of the concepts, ideas, and decisions established throughout the design phase are implemented and brought to life throughout construction. It is a critical time to ensure things are done correctly and to code. I manage and maintain every aspect of construction. I address unexpected issues, selecting product and installation at the highest quality.
Being present at the jobsite and overseeing the work that is done ensures your finished project will meet our expectations. Providing a main point of contact and developing an open line of communication. I am on the job site daily to ensure deadlines, budgets and supervision.
